Gregg Waxman has been a partner in private practice for more than 20 years. An experienced employment attorney and general counsel, Mr. Waxman counsels clients on employment law compliance and disciplinary issues and defends against claims in all forums. He assists clients with governmental agency audits and charges, all aspects of terminations/OWBPA compliance, mass-layoffs, and multi-jurisdictional WARN Act compliance. Mr. Waxman prepares employment contracts including non-competes, non-disclosures, and severance agreements.

​Mr. Waxman assists companies in complying with all relevant federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including foreign companies expanding their business to the US.  He provides change management support and due diligence to assess non-compliance and employment-related risk for potential mergers or acquisitions of companies, financing, bankruptcy proceedings, and corporate restructuring.  Mr. Waxman has expertise in real estate, contracts and general business law, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy.

​​Mr. Waxman serves as local NY employment counsel and conflicts counsel. Mr. Waxman is admitted to practice before the State Courts in New York as well as the Federal Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
